Kimberley Dayton joined CR Legal Team in 2004 and formerly served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Currently serving as an Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and member of the CR Legal Team Executive Team, Kimberley plays a vital role as part of the firm’s Leadership Team, the Information Systems and Technology Leadership Team as well as the Human Resources Leadership Team.
Kimberley is passionate about helping and mentoring others as she works to develop strong leaders for the firm. Her passion for following through with CR Legal Team’s Core Values of Care Like Family, Listen To Learn and Do What’s Right certainly shines through in her work each day. Kimberley is highly motivated to produce positive outcomes and enjoys collaborating with those inside and outside of her departments to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
In her personal life, Kimberley remains committed to her work with adult literacy programs and has served as Two-Term Board Chairman of the Literacy Council of Union County during her last six years as a Board Member. She is passionate about her family and enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and their daughter, Channing, as well as other family members.
