“Two of my core goals in life are to always have purpose day-to-day and to make a positive impact on others. Helping those who have been injured and who are otherwise disabled helps me fulfill that goal and is very meaningful to me.”
Eloise O. Morgan has been practicing law for around 20 years. She takes great pride in helping her clients through the trials and tribulations they face from physical injury, mental and emotional struggles, or often from a combination of these difficulties. Eloise is a North Carolina Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants over the course of her legal career and, in turn, applies her past defense experience to further educate her injured clients regarding obstacles faced from defendants and to aid her clients in overcoming such obstacles and in maximizing the benefits her clients obtain. For many years now, Eloise has focused solely on representing plaintiffs / injured individuals – work that she is passionate about and that she finds very rewarding.
Eloise received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University and earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. Her bar admissions and memberships include the North Carolina State Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
Eloise enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter along with their extended family and friends. She enjoys helping various non-profit organizations in the Charlotte-area, travel, exercising, and watching action films.
