TASER® Injury Attorneys
At CR Legal Team, We Take Stand Up For You
Law enforcement officers and security personnel utilize TASER® electroshock weapons, or stun guns, to temporarily incapacitate individuals when other, less forceful methods are ineffective. Civilians may also use stun guns to protect themselves from individuals who mean them harm. Although they have their advantages when used responsibly, TASER® guns can cause serious injury or even death when misused.
If you suffered injury or lost a loved one due to TASER® or stun gun use, we may be able to help. CR Legal Team represents individuals in TASER® injury lawsuits, and we may be able to help you seek justice by holding at-fault parties accountable for medical bills, lost earnings, and other expenses or losses.

TASER® & Stun Gun Injuries
A TASER® is a battery-operated, hand-held unit that shoots two barbed electrodes into the target from up to 35 feet away. When embedded in the body, the electrodes can deliver a pulse of up to 50,000 volts of electricity, causing the targeted person to fall to the ground and become immobile. When shot with the TASER, the target may be unable to think or move for a short period of time.
When a TASER® is shot into the face, upper chest, or genital area, however, it can cause serious injuries. It can also cause serious harm if multiple stun guns are used, or if a TASER® is used repeatedly.
The following injuries may be associated with improper TASER® or stun gun use:
- Burns and lacerations at the electrode site
- Sprains and joint injuries caused by muscle contractions
- Head trauma or other injuries that occur when the victim falls to the ground
- Cardiac arrest
- Brain injuries
