CR Legal Team President and CEO, Chris Roberts is pleased to announce that Matthew Roberts will transition into the role of CR Legal Team’s Chief Innovation Officer. Even as he remains our Brand Development Attorney with his focus on CR Sales, Matthew will partner with the Director of Information Systems and Technology, Patrick Davis and members of the IT Department to forge a path forward to creating a Culture of Innovation at CR Legal Team. Matthew's work will include the development of new products and the building of strategic partnerships in the fields of technology and innovation. This renewed focus on innovation is key to serving our clients, communities, and fellow Team Members as CR Legal Team moves into its 36th year and beyond.
Matthew has worked with CR Legal Team since he was fifteen years old and was instrumental in developing and expanding the use of technology by the firm's Client Response Team even at that young age. Since his graduation from law school, Matthew has worked diligently as CR Legal Team’s Brand Development Attorney to restructure and realign our CR Sales Division in partnership with the Director of Sales and Customer Care, Brandy McArver and other members of the Sales Leadership Team. Matthew understands the powers of connection and efficiency that technology brings and embraces the opportunity to work with Team members to take CR’s IT Innovation to an even higher level.
While Patrick Davis will continue to oversee CR Legal Team’s technological framework, Matthew’s job as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) will be to spearhead digital transformation and orchestrate innovation. It will be his responsibility to monitor trends in the industry and to ensure that CR Legal Team remains on the cutting edge in an ever-changing industry.
