CR Legal Team President and CEO, Chris Roberts is pleased to announce that Kimberly Sanders Roberts will assume the position of CR Legal Team Chief Brand Officer and would like to thank her for her ongoing commitment to the organization.
The primary role of the Chief Brand Officer is to ensure that CR Legal Team is adhering to the purpose of CR Legal Team's Brand—our “why” – and that our Brand Promise of “We Stand Up For You” and our Core Values to Care Like Family, Listen to Learn and Do What’s Right are followed through with each day. In her role, it will be Kim’s responsibility to anchor everything from the Team’s daily interactions to the firm’s innovation to a common purpose that ensures consistency as we follow through with a renewed commitment to offer Whole-Person Legal Care™ to those we serve.
As CR Legal Team’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kim has taken our Marketing efforts to a new level. Through the Covid years, through a new website design, through an industry move to digital marketing, developing new commercial and athletic campaigns, and a brand transition to CR Legal Team, Kim led the Marketing Department with grace, heart, confidence, and with a dedication to forging a new path that includes making data driven decisions. Moving forward, Kim will work with leadership throughout the organization while working alongside members of the Marketing Department, with the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department transitioning to Lauren Watson Roberts.
CR Legal Team is also excited to announce the revitalization of The Roberts Center for Leadership, Education, Advancement and Development. The Roberts Center is home to our firm’s health, wellness, safety and education programs along with two foundations that offer scholarships and learning opportunities for students of all ages. Established in 2014, the Center’s mission is to educate, celebrate, inspire, and empower the communities we serve and their residents to live healthier, happier, and safer lives. The information we learn each day while serving our clients is used to develop education and injury prevention programs that make our communities safer places to live and to work.
As one of the creators and the Executive Director of The Roberts Center, Kim is passionate about helping others and about building upon the excellent work CR Legal Team has already done. She will work with Community Outreach Director, Kingsley Nzekwe, to develop new community programs and to build upon what has already been created while securing access to those programs for everyone within our community.
When asked about taking on this new position, Kim said, “I love CR Legal Team and the people here. It has been a joy to work alongside them for the past 25 years and I know the best is yet to come.”
